Farnsworth ghost grabs my daughter! Submitted by Chris: Silvermoon598658@aol.com Hi there...I just got done
reading about your experience at the Farnsworth Inn. We were there Aug. 28-29
2000. I'll tell you what!!!!! We had quite an experience. I'll try to make it as
short as possible. Myself my friend and our 4 daughters stayed in the Sweney, McFarland,
and Jenny Wade rooms. Around 4:00 p.m. my daughter (who was staying in the McFarland
room) came running back to my room. She said someone was pulling at her hair,
rubbing her arm and squeezing her very tightly that she was having a hard time
breathing. She and her friend said they were seeing dark shadows moving in their
room. We got there and to our amazement we saw them too!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! One
minute the door would stay open, the next it would close very quickly. The chain
on the door would swing back and forth. There were so many things that happened
that night.....we ended up going to the holiday inn at 1:30 am. My kids were
sooooo scared. The next morning as we were about ready to leave... The nice
older housekeeper asked us if we would like to see the attic......which use to
be the garret room. They keep it pad locked now. so we went up and I took some
photos.....everyone there was so very nice. The story teller Donna was very
comforting to my daughter...she calmed her down after the incident and told us
there was a not so very nice spirit in the house who likes to torment women.
Well I guess he chose Kelly that night. Well anyway We're going back down
Oct.21,2000.I can't get enough of that place. You really do get an amazing
feeling when you're there. I didn't want to leave. It is very beautiful. So
anyway...I got my film developed when I got home, and was shocked when I saw the
attic picture. I'm sending it along with this letter. There seems to be a really
creepy face up there.I got a few other strange photos also...A nice orb on Sachs
bridge, Part of the shadow thing we saw in Kelly's room, and a white mist in the
Jenny Wade room. Please let me know what you think of the attic pic. Thanks.
Thanks Chris for sharing your amazing experience! :) |
