Jason writes, "I took this photo of my son at my daughters birthday party a couple of weeks ago. If you look through the patio window you can see a (freaky looking) figure. I have taken many other photos from the same position and in the same conditions over the last couple of weeks trying to recreate this image (I though it may be a reflection) but I have not been able to get anything that is like this. There are a couple of orbs on this photo as well. Was someone or something in the garden that night watching us?"

I wrote Jason twice about his photos and here are his replies:

This is not a fraudulent submission. It is actually how the photo came out. As I said on my original e-mail I have taken this photo again many times since under the same conditions with people placed in various places in the room to try and recreate this "reflection?" but nothing has come out anything like this. I am aware that the photo looks too good to be true but I have not faked this and intended it to be real.

Reply to my second email:
The only people who could have been in the room at the time other than me and my son were my wife and daughter. Thankfully neither look like the figure in the picture. As I said previously I have positioned them at various points in the room and re-took the photo but I never got a reflection in the glass that looked like that. There were reflections but you can clearly see who they were.
