Official ghostly guardian?

Brad writes, "This was taken at a cemetery at Tahlequah OK.
I took about 35 photos and caught this during the day.
I went back at night and took about ten photos and caught what looks like a face as well."

We're posting this because of the possibility that it could be a guardian cemetery ghost. We obviously cannot make a definite conclusion but it sure looks like a ghostly official. The attire seems to be that of a black gown with dark robe. His arm seems to be bent and a hand is showing. Is it just me? : )
