Ghost in the dresser mirror!
Joanna writes, "I found your site and wanted to share this weird
photo I took. This was taken with a digital. Ok I am a self trained make-up
artist who happens to love Phantom of the Opera. I asked my friend if I could
make her up one night as the Phantom. So I set her next to a fake coffin and
handed her my violin and took the picture. It was not until latter when I was
blowing it up for my site that I realized that there was something in the room
with us. What your seeing in the picture is my dresser and the ghost is in the
dresser mirror. The ghost seems to be floating in font of my TV case in my
closet. I tried to debunk the photo because I could not believe it. I tried
every angle to see what could possible have caused it. My friend and I where the
only ones in my room so it could not be a person. I even put my friend where the
ghost looks like it was flowing and then stood where I was when I took the photo
but he was not at the right angle the ghost had to have been floating because he
would of had to been like 8 feet tall. To me it looks like the ghost is wearing
a cloak and a top hat and it looks like he is hiding his face form the camera
flash. The scary thing is that is not that last time I saw this ghost about a
year latter I woke up to my cat and dog, who always sleep on my bed, growling
and hissing. I rubbed my eyes and realized there was a man with a cloak and top
crawling up on my bed. I screamed and turned the light on and he disappeared. He
looked exactly like the figure in the photo. To make matters ever scarier my dog
always hated that room and some times refused to go in there. If I was in the
room he'd lean against my leg and growl some time sat nothing. On night I even
caught him watching something that seemed to be passing back and forth in my
room. I've seen ghosts since I was very young, but have never been able to take a
photo of one. So when I realized I had a ghost photo I wanted to share it. What do
you think?"

I think Joanna said it all... and we're just honored to
be able to display her photo here at Ghoststudy for the world to see. Joanna,
please take more photos of that room! I think I speak for everyone when I say, we would love to see what else
you might capture there in the way of evidence of life beyond. |
