Haunted house in Sacramento, CA!
Jim at Ghoststudy writes, This magnificent home
was built in 1907. The house was sold in 1949 to the present owners, so only 2
families have enjoyed this property. It is now up for sale again and the
listing price is $1,300,000. and is located in downtown Sacramento. I have
talked to several of the neighbors and most assure me that the place is
haunted. From reports we have received, the house has been empty for over 12
years. It has also been reported that the furniture was restored many years
ago and left to sit. It's as if the present owners had turned it over to the
ghosts! I personally have had some freaky experiences from the gates of that
house with my group and one when I was there with my son. One night when my 12
year old son and I stopped to take some pictures we felt a presence but
obtained no evidence. As we drove away however, a loud voice from within the
car sang out, "Ha Ha! I quickly pulled over and ask my son what he heard
and he finally was able to tell me that he heard the same as I. It was a
woman's voice and I guess she was letting us know we weren't getting any
evidence from her but she's there all the same...how freaky! Just for the
record, I'm not making any claims that the house is actually haunted
(absolutely not). I'm only stating what I have heard from others and sharing
some of my own experiences. But if you're looking to buy a haunted house, you
may want to consider this one. ; )

street. I believe it's 22nd & H.
