TV ghost face & gram with mist!

"The attached photos belong to my grandmother, and I would
like to share them with you. The first photo is of my grandmother in
Las Vegas taken in front of the Caesars Palace water fountain in July
of 1974. To me it looks like a pirate; it has two eyes, a nose and a
big hat and with what looks like a scarf around his neck. She also
says there was no smoke around and it was a clear night. What do you
think? The
second one is of me playing with my car track, and as you can see there's
someone in the TV set looking at the camera. By the way the TV was off. I
don't know who this is; some people say its my guardian angel. Do you have
any ideas?"
Mist is behind her hair indicating dimension & not
smoke
