Scott writes, "I am enclosing a picture of the Willard Library's Research
Room. It was
taken on 8/23/01. at appox. 11pm. If you look at the third book isle in the back
of the room, from the left to right, you will notice a blurred image of a
person. It almost appears that this figure is transparent. I don't know if there
is any reasonable explanation for this, but as I watched this appear on my
screen the apparition was gone in a matter of seconds, when the screen
refreshed. I barely had enough time to save the picture on my disk. I realize
that you probably receive all kinds of photos, but I would appreciate any feed
back that you can give me as far as what you might think this is...Is it a ghost
of the gray lady, or am I just seeing things."
