Fireplace screen ghost!
Lisa writes, "I'm attaching a photo that I took
of my nephew on Halloween. To the right of him, reflected in the bottom part
of the fire screen, there is a bearded face looking out. It almost looks like
an old civil war era soldier. (My brother collects civil war antiques, so
there are many items from this era in the house.) I've studied this picture
frequently, but can't see anything that could be reflecting in the glass to
make this image. (The laundry basket is sitting further over to the right, so
wouldn't be reflecting in this location on the glass.) I've seen many
"TV" ghosts and even "mirror" ghosts on your site, but
have never seen one on a glass fire screen. What do you think?"

We were able to see a moustached
man's face, but during analysis, when the photo was inverted, we were surprised
to see a woman with long hair. We decided to post both for your
consideration.
