I think that the photo of the ghost rider is a beautiful
thing. I think that it shows that even after life you can still enjoy the things
you used too. armstrong_hill@sympatico.ca
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ hey I have a comment on the ghostly image on the horse...you may think it looks like an Arab but if this photo was taken in the USA it may be what appears some kind of civil war cavalry. My guess is that he's probably union soldier, not a confederate. Because if you look closely at this picture you can see the mysterious yellow lines on the arms, those could be his ranking. I think he's a sargent but anyways, I think this photo is very real but it's my opinion that it's not an Arab....but hey who knows! dnolte@home.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I see it also; but perhaps the
rider shouldn't be the the focus. Can Francina's family history be traced back?
Maybe a blood relative
that was killed during an event or conflict in the Middle-East.........just
coming back to "check up on the family"
This
pic looks like there's a man riding a ghostly horse behind......very strange
luke.dyson@ntlworld.com
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I see a phantom figure riding on a phantom horse of his own in back of and along side the real horse in the photo. Louisa clh@sun-spot.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Really rather amazing! It looks to me like a cowboy with a tan hat, blue shirt, and black pants. Auburn278@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I do indeed see a ghostly rider there... it appears to me to be a child, possibly a girl, I thought I saw flowing hair. But regardless of gender it seems to me to be a child, possibly as old as a young teenager. razorjake@hotmail.com

This seems to be a cowboy riding
along on a horse. He also seems to be looking at the person taking the
picture, also he seems to be trying to keep up with the horse.
julie.guertin@home.com
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I do see a ghost rider as well. it looks as if he is wearing black clothing draping off him and the horse...very strange but neat as well, brandy Mcdd3@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ definitely a ghost rider. gemma@gchrimes.freeserve.co.uk ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Whoever or whatever it is, seems to be having a good time.........YEEHAW! shagulous@hotmail.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I think the figure above the horse looks like a soldier dressed in some sort of Civil War uniform or something riding on a black steed and waving his sword. mbellmore@bresnanlink.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The light colored "hat" is quite clear, and the yellow color that other's think is a belt, I think it looks more like the striped sleeve of a military man.... possibly a soldier, or a cavalry person. Also, the "red scarf" is a bit more evident, and I think I even see the horse's eye. Also, a military looking saddlebag seems to show at a point that would be just below and behind the man's form. Anyway, I thought this was a rather interesting experiment. azsilver@creative-pages.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To me it seems to be a rider on a running horse , the rider is wearing a straw cowboy hat ,, red bandana and a blue work shirt. twohclub@bellsouth.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Look like a girl or lady ride on the horse don't you think? I can even see her hair. RosyLibraScorpio@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I
see a rider and a horse behind the Arabian horse as well. It's not as
noticeable in the larger picture,
but once I saw the
close up, I could see it in both. Did the trainer use that shot in the
flyer? it's all so creepy!
Hello, looking at the Mystery Photo of July 2000, I can
see a rider racing on a white horse. He appears to be
carrying something in his arms, for some reason a baby
comes to mind. The rider appears to dressed in western style. The
Arabian mare in the foreground, does not in my opinion seem in anyway
disturbed, but just seems to floating in true beautiful Arabian style. beaumael@australis.aunz.com
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Okay on the picture of the horse, I can see a character dressed in blue with a yellow belt on a gray horse but if you look above the live horses nose about half way up you can see what looks like the back legs of another horse with the hoof appearing beneath the horses head which shows that it must be in the background. Maybe it is another ghost horse being chased by the ghost in the middle of the photo or maybe they are racing. Tom Dentith toxictom@hotmail.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Looking at the photo, you can see what appears to be a "ghost rider". But the darkness and color that look like the skin and costume of the rider looks as though it could be the back ground seeing as the entire background is blurred because of the movement. It looks like a very small patch of ecto mist, but whether it is an Arabian rider in full costume, I am not sure. Perhaps someone fell off of a horse in that particular field and passed away and was just trying to get one last ride. Flame_172@hotmail.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I must agree with the cowboy hat but It also looks like he is wearing a red bandana around his lower face and some sort of blue outfit. I think it is also clearly visible to see the reigns that guide the horse. The ghost horse he is riding on looks like the same kind as the one from this dimension. chaos_x@ignmail.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the close up pic, I took some glare out and darkened the whole thing ,, and to me it looks like a cowboy on his own ghost horse with one hand behind him holding a half of or maybe a tore rope as if he were going to throw it at a horse and capture it??. WhiteWolf13713@aol.com

With photos like this one, I
always study the image closely and I do not read any one else's comments
before I make up my mind. That being said, I saw what appears to be a
horse and rider beyond the Arabian, either far in the background or closer, in
miniature. The figure riding the phantom horse does not appear too clear
to me, but the horse is very obvious (to me, anyway). It almost looks as
if a ghost horse and rider couldn't resist the temptation to "race"
this beautiful creature. The fact that I saw almost exactly what most
everyone else has seen, makes me think that this photo may well be the real
thing. Either that, or it is an awesome optical illusion. Either
way, it is very impressive to me. shoto84@hotmail.com
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi there from DFW ghostwatchers! I was looking at your ghost rider mystery photo and although I see the rider and horse that you mentioned, there is something else. Just to the left of the horses neck there is a white mist area. Probably ecto. But in looking at it in its original form and in the blow up I see a woman's face complete wit ha grimace...it almost appears as if there is some sort of head wear, maybe a nurses cap or bonnet...very interesting photo! nate.sowels@home.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This picture is definitely unusual. I see a "shadow rider" and reading all the different opinions submitted I would have to agree ouamish regarding the look of the Arabian, she looks like she is running from something she senses and is afraid of. Very interesting. sweets25@sunlink.net
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the top photo you can see a
rider who looks like an ancient Mongolian (to me anyway) in the
second photo it also
appears that there is another horse and rider behind the horse dressed in old
west garb. mom2tom@mpinet.net
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The photo looks to create a prism which separates the colors so I would guess it to be water. Maybe on the lens. But it's great that you allow us to see what you have and please keep going with the photo's. Daretobe21324497@aol.com
It looks like a horse with
another rider wearing some type of uniform caring something in his hand.
Almost racing the live horse mnorton@nclink.net
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It looks like another horse with a rider in the background behind the living horse. Possibly Arabian NiteShadow17@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This time I'm really do think it looks like a ghost rider behind the horse. I can't think of anything else it could be. Ms_Lily@go.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HAVE to put in my 2 cents... of course there could be a play of light. But, it is not motion. The horse is in motion, the background is slightly out of focus. I have to agree there appears to be a horse and rider along with the living Arabian. And, yes she is beautiful! specs28@hotmail.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ on the other side of the horse I see what appears to be a completely different horse and rider. The rider is blonde...the horse is in a run...mane flowing out behind it and tail behind as well. Darkhorse_78@webtv.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That's clearly a US Cavalry Officer; note the gold braid on the right front
sleeve. Also note the beige wide brim hat and
sword held upright on the right side, as if in full charge. Where was
this picture taken? tawhitt@home.com
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi! I think what people are seeing as a ghostly horse, is actually rocks, gravel. But I do see a ghost-like man with a yellow hat, sitting, almost like he is reading a book. I don't see him as a horse rider. hoosier2@flash.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I look at the picture, I do see the form of a person, but that person is riding a white horse in the distance, behind the photographed Arabian mare. To me, it's a man wearing a light blue shirt, dark pants, a yellow sash/belt, and a tan hat. He's holding the reins of the horse, probably whipping it faster. Perhaps the man was once a Pony Express rider, or a US Cavalryman? You can see the front legs of the phantom horse towards the bottom right corner of the blown-up segment of the picture. The horse's head is directly above the legs. It looks to me as if the horse, and it's rider, are in quite a hurry to get somewhere. ouamish@freewwweb.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi Jim, I see "something" above the horse, but frankly, I don't see any color variants that don't already appear elsewhere in the photo. My guess is, it's just a coincidence of color and movement. Nothing in the photo is in clear focus, so I assume the camera was hand held, and likely trying to "track" on the horse, as it ran by, causing the slight blurring and thus the ghost image. SKETCHart111@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Not to burst anyone's bubble, or
steal any thunder, but we think that the movement of the horse is causing the
background to be out of focus...maybe. We hate to criticize anyone's
photos, because we hate it when ours get knocked. Believe what you know!!!
You took the photo! saleck@northcom.net
I would have to agree with the ghostmaster on
this one. It looks as if the horse is being accompanied by another horse
and rider. Perhaps its an ancestor of the horse, because it does seem to
have the same coloring. Who knows, maybe it and its rider were brought
back to run with him. Beautiful horse by the way! lcoogan@skamania.net
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is DEFINITELY a horse and rider and the face is clearly seen and looking right at the camera. An amazing image, but he seems to have on some kind of "cowboy" hat; there is a brim hiding the upper part of his face. I don't see any garb that looks Arabian, though. Thanks, Dawn CristLadyD@aol.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
