		Shadow Ghost encounter - Page 1016 Submitted by: Not given  -  email: mother_nature@btinternet.com   They write, "My paternal grandmother died of cancer just before my 12th. birthday. I loved my grandma very much, she lived next door to us, & I spent most weekends & school holidays there. We were very close & I was absolutely heartbroken when she died. On the night of my 12th. birthday, I was lying in bed, & something made me look to my right & standing there was a dark figure. I said out loud "who is it". My dad heard me & asked me who I was talking to, I replied "no-one" & dived under the bedclothes feeling frightened. All of  sudden a voice as clear as could be said "don't be frightened Anne, it's only grandma come to wish you happy birthday". Her bedroom was right next to mine . I have never seen her since, but I still think of her a lot, & that was nearly 50yrs ago & it still stays fresh in my mind." .
